If you haven’t received your Booking Ref Number starting EXPDR by Email, then send an email to support@expertdoctors.uk

Our team will send it to you manually.

If you have not yet provided an address for us to post the kit to, please email us at support@expertdoctors.uk with your unique booking reference as soon as you can. This will speed up your order.

The package contains the test kits along with an address label. Please post the kits after taking a sample to this address. Our recommendation would be to send this back via next day delivery with tracking, and to keep a copy of the tracking number.

Please make sure that there is someone present at the mentioned address to receive the test kit.

Please note that for those Expert Doctors is striving to provide the kits in a timely manner on their allocated days. However, due to logistical issues and the short notice of orders there may be occasions when you do not receive your kit on the allocated day. We would like to reassure you that you have met your mandatory requirements to complete the test as soon as it becomes available to you. And if there are any concerns you can email support@expertdoctors.uk. All mail from Expert Doctors will be sent via Special Delivery Tracked 24 with Royal Mail.
