Dear Customer,

Expert Doctors would like to thank you for booking with us. We would like to assure you that our team is working tirelessly to ensure that you receive your kits in a timely manner to complete your Day 2 +- Day 8 assessment. The majority of test kits have been processed and dispatched. We have encountered difficulties particularly when there have been incomplete address details. Our customer service team will be contacting you to resolve location details.

Due to significant last minute weekend bookings some of you may experience delays in the Day 2 test. However, you are scheduled for the Day 8 test if you have booked for the Day 2 and 8 test. Please ensure that you make alternative arrangements.

Due to this unforeseen circumstances the Expert Doctors team will be offering a £50 refund to those that booked the day 2 and day 8 for £155 and also those that booked for the day 2, 5 and 8 who did not received the Day 2 test on time. This will be an automated refund which will take 7-10 working days.

For those that did not received the day 2 test in a timely manner and may have arranged it elsewhere, you can return the unsealed test kit envelope to:
